Custom audiences on social media
We use custom audiences on Facebook, Instagram, and X to deliver relevant experiences. We upload email addresses you have provided to create these audiences, and we do so securely and respectfully, based on legitimate interest.

Who do we share your personal data with?
We may share your data with external parties when you order or register for services from Travera or its parent company TR Media, to enable payments, administration, and delivery.

Shared database with TR Media AB
Travera shares a database with TR Media AB and its subsidiaries, including Jokersystemet AS. The shared database is managed by TR Media AB and both companies are jointly responsible for data processing. TR Media provides services such as travronden.se, spelvärde.se, and more.
Processing outside the EU/EEA
Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA and may process your data. We require legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission.
How long do we keep your data?
We retain your data as long as needed to fulfill our obligations (e.g., service delivery, invoicing, complaints).
- For auctions: data is retained until the auction ends or your last login
- For newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Inactive customers: data retained up to 3 years after the end of the relationship
- Legal requirements (e.g., accounting): some data retained longer
- Job applications: stored for up to 12 months
